Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on FedEx standard rates.
We currently ship across the United States from our California warehouse.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 *(exclusions apply) within the continental U.S.

  • Retail Customers: All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • General Wholesale Customers: Most wholesale accounts qualify for free shipping on orders over $100, with some exclusions depending on product category, order type or destination.

  • Bulk/Custom Orders: Large-volume or freight shipments may have separate freight terms. Please contact sales@spectrausa.net for more information.


Warehouse Pickup

Free warehouse pickup is available at our Chino, California facility.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for your pickup confirmation email before arriving.

Pickup hours: 

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 
  • WILL CALL hours are 7 am TO 2 pm

Please contact your customer service representative 1-888-909-6516 to confirm that your order is ready before collection.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.


Shipping Issues

SpectraUSA will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damages during shipment.
All merchandise is shipped FOB (Free On Board) Origin, meaning title and risk transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility.

Insurance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure all shipments.

All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier, except for UPS and FedEx shipments, which can be reviewed by our customer service team for assistance.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-shipments.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly and email sales@spectrausa.net with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We’ll assist you in initiating a claim when applicable.
