We understand that there may be occasional instances where the need for product returns arises. To ensure a streamlined and efficient return process, we have implemented a straightforward Return Goods Authorization (RGA) policy, in line with our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Inspection & Return Policy:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test all merchandise prior to washing, printing, or any form of decoration.
Please note: Once merchandise has been altered in any way, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Free Returns with Checkout+
At checkout, you'll see the option to add Checkout+ to your order. Selecting it means your return ships back to us free, we'll email you a prepaid return label, and there's nothing to pay to send your item back.
If you choose not to add Checkout+, you're still welcome to return an eligible item; you'll just be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Claims & Cancellations:

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving goods.

Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization and a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) code.

Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any return that is not the result of an error by Spectra USA.
