We understand that there may be occasional instances where the need for product returns arises. To ensure a streamlined and efficient return process, we have implemented a straightforward Return Goods Authorization (RGA) policy, in line with our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Here are the key details of our return policy:

Inspection & Return Policy:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test all merchandise prior to washing, printing, or any form of decoration.
Please note: Once merchandise has been altered in any way, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Claims & Cancellations:

  • All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving goods.

  • Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization and a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) code.

  • Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to any return that is not the result of an error by Spectra USA.
