Where are your goods made?

Answer: We have several COOs (Country of Origin) for our products. Our products include those made in the US, made in Mexico with US fabrics, and made in Pakistan and China.

Are your tees NAFTA compliant?

Yes, most of our tee styles are NAFTA compliant.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, we have zero minimums. We appreciate and accept orders for as little as 1 pc.

Can we collect/will call goods at your location?

Yes, you can collect at our location. Please note that the order must have been processed through our system before collection. Our customer service team will notify you when the order is ready.

Do you ship the same day as receipt of order?

We endeavour to ship the same day or within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of PO, depending on date and time of receipt of PO. We do NOT ship on weekends. We work strictly on the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

How many units are there per box of tees?

That varies by style. The average number of T-shirts per box is 72 pcs for sizes small to XL, 60 pcs for 2XL, 48 for 3XL, and etc.

If we have a rush order, what is the ideal way to order?

Full case or even dozens is the most expeditious way for us to process an order.

Why do T-shirt companies prefer even dozens?

Tees are packed in bundles of 6×12 per case/carton. There are 6 x 12 = 72 pcs per box. Therefore, when you order in dozens, the warehouse can open a case and grab a bundle of tees with the full confidence that there are 12 pcs in their hands. If you order 9 pcs, the team has to pull 3 pcs off the bundle. This slows down the process, increases the probability for error, and requires the entire order to go through a secondary audit to minimize errors. Fortunately, most embellishers, be it an embroidery, screen printer, garment dye house or digital printer, prefer to receive orders in even dozens. Generally, they all quote their pricing based on a dozen quantities.

Can we get some samples?

If you would like to view or test our products, we have a simple policy. If you provide us with your UPS or FedEx account details, we will ship two (2) samples at no charge (tees only). If you don’t have a freight account. Set-up an account online: Register & Place an order for 1 pc. In the notes section, indicate the style/color/size of the second sample and we will include it in your existing order.

How Do You Measure Up?

Most tees follow an industry standard for width (tube size) and body length (from high point shoulder to bottom hem). The fit of a tee is primarily influenced by the shoulder drop, which refers to the length of the shoulder tape to the end of the shoulder, as well as the sleeve length. Even a small difference of 2 inches in the shoulder drop (from neck rib to shoulder curve) can significantly impact the perceived size and looseness of the tee. Two examples of tees with a looser fit are Styles 1301 (Roughneck) and Style 2100 (Retro Ring-spun). On the other hand, Styles 3100 (Cotton Perfection) and Style 3050 (Bi-blend) offer a snugger/slimmer fit. It’s important to note that these styles have the same length and width, with the only variation being in the shoulder and sleeve dimensions. Looking for the perfect fit? Are your tees pre-treated for Digital Printing/DTG?

No. While our tees are ideal for digital printing/DTG, we do NOT pre-treat our tees.

Do you offer printed products?

No, but we do ship to thousands of printers and can direct you to a great resource that fits your needs.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes and no. We won’t even discuss pricing unless you are an existing account with a great payment history. Please email if you have a special project.

Do you have a representative in my area?

Yes. We have 3 reps in every town: USPS, FedEx and UPS. T-shirts aren’t rocket science, so we can easily discuss differences in specs, hand and colors when you have samples in hand.

What is the best-selling color?


Can you make my custom spec?

Yes, we can discuss custom specs with existing accounts that have positive payment histories. Minimums quantities do apply.

What is the minimum for a custom spec tee?

The minimum depends on many variables with consideration to the spec and size ratio. Tubular tees can be up to 10,000 pcs per color and side seam can be as little as 1,200 pcs per color. Please email us for more information.

What is the minimum on custom colors in one of SpectraUSA’s existing styles?

The minimum depends on many variables with consideration to the spec and size ratio. However, we can garment dye as little as 300 pcs into your custom color. Please email us for more information.

What is the size ratio?

The size ratio refers to the units ordered by size. A standard size ratio is 1 2 2 1: 1 small, 2 medium, 2 large, and 1 XL. Most brands order in a standard size ratio. Basically, for every 1 tee they purchase in size small, they purchase double that in medium and multiples thereof.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, most of our products are NAFTA compliant; therefore, there are zero duties for Canadian shipments.

Do you have any distributors?

No. We are the manufacturer and ship direct.

How long does it take to ship from California to Florida?

On average, if a shipment is over 6 boxes, there are preferred/economical freight carriers who deliver within 3 days. If it is a smaller shipment, then UPS or FedEx usually delivers within 7-10 days.

Can we ship on your freight account?

Yes, once we have verified it is your account, we can ship using the account details.
